It means an expert takes over the grill so you never have to leave your guests. Your chef plans the menu, sources the meat, fish and sides, fires up the barbecue, cooks everything to order and serves it, then clears away and leaves the area clean. You simply relax and enjoy a restaurant-quality barbecue at home.
We always provide our own charcoal or firewood, so you needn’t worry about supplies or running out mid-cook. We’re happy to use your barbecue if you have one, or to bring our own equipment when needed. Just let us know what you have and we’ll plan accordingly.
Both. Our meat menu features dishes such as a bone-in Galician ribeye, handmade premium mini burgers, grilled cheese skewers and Jamaican-style jerk chicken, with sauces, fresh salads and artisan breads. If you’d prefer something mixed, we also grill seafood beautifully — octopus, garlic-butter king prawns and marinated swordfish among them. You can choose one style or combine the two.
Absolutely. Sitges is one of Spain’s most welcoming and cosmopolitan towns, and we cater celebrations of all kinds — birthdays, anniversaries, hen and stag gatherings, and parties large and small — for every kind of guest and couple. We’ll tailor the menu, including any vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free needs, so everyone is looked after. (For weddings, we have a dedicated service we’d be glad to tell you about.)

Tell us your numbers and the mood you’re after, and we’ll scale the menu and the format — from elegant grazing to a generous spread — to match.
Yes — that’s exactly the appeal. Your chef sets up wherever suits your space, whether that’s beside the pool, on a terrace or out in the garden, so the cooking becomes part of the gathering. The aromas of the grill and the live cooking add to the atmosphere while your guests relax nearby.
We cook over real charcoal or firewood for that authentic, smoky, live-fire flavour you simply can’t get from gas. Our chefs are skilled at grilling everything from a thick, properly rested steak to delicate fish and vegetables, judging the heat so each item comes off the grill at its best. It’s proper barbecuing, done with a chef’s precision.
We do — clearing up is part of the service. Once everyone has eaten, your chef cleans the grill and the cooking area and leaves your space exactly as it was found. There’s no scrubbing grates or tidying the next morning; you’re left only with the good memories of the evening.
